Charlotte Vitoux, the founder of Studio Platon, is graduated of Audencia Sciences Com' (Master’s degree in Communication), HEC (Executive Education coaching) and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has also been a yoga teacher for ten years (certified by Yoga Alliance International).
Based between Chamonix and Lausanne, she has been coaching managers and their teams for over twenty years on the fundamental issues of people and talent transformation (recruitment, retention, development, employer brand and HR strategies).
She began her career with digital agencies in Paris as a business development manager. She then implemented recruitment, employer branding and mobility program strategies in London, before running freelance placement, executive search, interim management and coaching firms in Paris and Geneva.
